United States Air Force. Article 15 & verbal admonition (double jeopardy) ?????

March 12,2012 I was late once, approx 40 min to work. Made contact with my supervisor 20 min into me being later. Was given a verbal admonition which is documented March 19,2012 Notified of proceedings of nonjudicial punishment Article 15 March 22, 2012 I turned in my response to the Article 15 (article 86 AWOL) I March 27, 2012 I was given the article 15 the punishment was a Reprimand. I choose to appeal it and was told that if I appeal the reprimand that I would be place on admin hold until the appeal was processed. at that point I was in a lose -- lose situation seeing that I had 3 days left in the military and the appeal process takes 5 days to complete. would this be consider double jeopardy getting a verbal admonition(documented) and then a Article 15 9 days later.
