You need to ask your attorney to subpoena this information along with her work records. Sit down with your lawyer and discuss your case in greater detail and your strategy.

Work records are available as part of the discovery process. If your wife has problems waking up, you lawyer should know what sort of requests can be made by motion.

Yes -- this is simple. Talk with your attorney. If you don't have one, hire one. Questions? Call -- 312-987-9999 -- for a no-charge, no-obligation, free Matrimonial / Family Law legal consultation.

Yes. This information is likely discoverable by the parties. They could be used to show that if she is unable to find work, or unable to maintain her job, it is not due to some external factor, but rather because she cannot get herself out of bed. If she is looking for maintenance, you could argue that the reason she is not advancing at her job is her own fault.
