He is posting photos of me and other girls and he puts my name on someone else's racy porn-material photos and claims it is me

If the photos are not being used for a commercial purpose, and the pictures were taken of you in a public place where you had no expectation of privacy, your options slim. While it is unlawful to use another's likeness (photo) for commercial purposes without compensating you, if the photo is not being used to sell a product or service, and if the photo is not being sold, you cannot sue for use of your likeness under that theory. It is also unlawful to take pictures of someone where that person has an objectively reasonable expectation of privacy. Pictures taken in dressing rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. fall into this category. Publication of those pictures is also an invasion of privacy. As to placing your name on another person's picture, where such places your name into a false light, you have a claim for Invasion of Privacy - False light. However, your remedy is to file a lawsuit. In that lawsuit you can seek a restraining order to make him take the name off the picture, and you can sue him for damages to your reputation. The question is whether all of that is worth the high cost of bringing the lawsuit. That will have to be your decision. Good luck to you.

It depends on how he got your photos. It is possible that this could be a crime or could give rise to a lawsuit. But if you gave him the photos or consented, you may not be able to do anything about it.
