TRAFFIC TICKET 85+ on 55 mph limit

I got a ticket on 202 in Tredyffrin Township, Chester county, PA . The police put down this on the last section: Other " faster than paced traveling 85+, on a 55mph limit" . I told the police that I didn't feel too well and it was not too far from my home, I didn't really pay attenetion to my speed, just wanna get to home because I wasn't feeling too well (which is true.) Then the police said something while he gave me the ticket, but I didn't really pay attenetion to that. The fine showed on the ticket was $109.50. I am wondering if this means I am getting a 5 points on my driver licence? Is the hearing mendatory? (no court day is shown, I will call the court. the police just say if I have any questions, call the court) Am I going to get my licence suspend for 15 days after the hearing?

When pulled over for 30+ miles over the limit the points assessment is 5 points. After six points PennDot will absolutely suspend your license. Your license is eligible for suspension after five points. What you need to do is plead not guilty, pay the $50 in collateral to the court as the back of the ticket explains, and then hire a local attorney to be with you in court. It is likely an attorney with criminal law experience can negotiate a less severe punishment. Be advised that points on your license will make you insurance rates go up too. Hiring an attorney will be money well spent. I am a member of the Ben-Ari Law Firm in Media, PA. We regularly appear in Chester County on traffic violations, and criminal matters.
