Thanks for all the response, My employer planning to apply L1A Individual(since L1A blanket has lots of rejections), so whether it can be applied or not. Because all i see people are going for individual only after rejection. So i got doubt whether INDIVIDUAL can be applied directly or not.

Only an employer can "directly" apply for the "Individual" L-1 (most likely L-1B) you are referring to. But these Hindustan based "specialized knowledge" petitions are being denied en masse, "blanket" or not.. Your "employer" better have good arguments to present to USCIS, for they just love to deny these petitions , which they view as being 99.999% fraudulent.

Suggest to your employer to hire an experienced immigration attorney. IF they refuse look for a different employer because this one will spell problems for you down the road.

We routinely file L1A petitions. As long as you meet the requirements, the case will be approved. Keep in mind that if the same employer has a history of visa denials, it may be worthwhile to first figure out why their petitions are being denied before they spend more money in filing another petition.
