In California can I legally kick out my 18 year old out of control daughter who disrespects me and doesn't pay rent?

My daughter doesn't pay any rent, doesn't do anything around the house and disrespects me. If so what can I do to start the process?

It's not that hard. Just take her key and ask her to leave. If she puts up a fight, call the Sheriff to help you out.

Tell her to leave. If she is not paying rent, you are not bound by CA law re evictions. You are not required by law to support or house an adult over the age of 18. There can be exceptions, but most of those have to do with prior orders of a court or physical or mental disability of the adult "child." A garden-variety 18-year old who is a pain in the caboose can be required to leave and make her way independently on your say so.

If she is a full-time high school student and has not yet turned the age of nineteen (19), you are required to support her until either she graduates or turns 19, whichever comes first. If she is not in high school anymore and is still 18, then you can kick her out. I would give her thirty (30) days notice in writing and then change the locks on the door and/or ask the police for help.
