Probably not, but it is worth investigating. Some charges that are reduced take a while to be taken off of a criminal record. In Tennessee, there are some avenues, but it takes a skilled attorney. These types of requests require you to hire an attorney with a great relationship with the clerks in Roanoke. I would consult with local counsel asap. Good Luck

No. Virginia has no provision under the law to remove any conviction, regardless how minor or how long ago. I'm sorry but you have no legal remedy.

It sounds as if the jobs that you are applying for must involve driving? If so, you may need to find some work that does not involve driving until enough time has passed. Good luck. Jasen Nielsen

If you have been convicted of an offense in Virginia you generally cannot have it expunged.

You state that you had a 2009 conviction for reckless driving reduced from a DUI. The reckless driving, while serious, is not as detrimental as a DUI conviction. Employment with a company that requires you to drive would likely be limited but you may be able to attend a driver improvement program if you have not already done so to remove some of the demerit points on your DMV record. As you know, a reckless driving conviction in VA carries 6 demerit points which can substantially damage your driving record.
