Home address is where he is living. All questions on the N-400 must be answered truthfully.

Truthful answers are always the best way to go. By any chance is he planning to over-stay his tourist I-94 ... hoping that once you become a US citizen you'll be able to do papers for him? If yes ... HIRE A LAWYER NOW.

You need to provide his address in his home country since he is a short-term visitor and not permanently residing with you. You can explain on a separate sheet of paper that he is current visiting you in the US. You should also file his green card application as soon as possible if he wants to stay. Once you get your citizenship, write a letter to the CIS asking to change his category.

You should truthfully indicate the address at which your husband resides on the N-400 Form. You are going to swear under oath that all facts presented in your application are true and correct , under penalty of perjury, at the interview. Misrepresenting any fact could result in a denial of your application and frankly, if the USCIS officer knows that your husband was lawfully admitted to the US as a visitor, such that he is eligible to seek adjustment of status based on your petition after you are sworn in as a Citizen, he should not be concerned that your husband has "overstayed" his visa.
