I need some help in replying to a 485 RFE for Employment Verification Letter

I have a 3 year Bachelors + 3 Year Masters . My PERM and 140 was filed as Masters + 2 years experience (no alternate education). After filing 485, I had to change my job. Now I have an RFE for Employment Letter which should also include Education Requirement for the job (per the RFE).. The Employer has issued a letter which says Eduational Requirement as Bachelors + 7 years experience. All job and salary duty matches. Do you see any problem because of the difference in Education (Masters + 2 v/s Bachelors + 7) given that I have a 3 year Bachelors + 3 year Masters ?

Your attorney should be handling this. Definitely seek a professional credential evaluation. This should have been handled at the I-140 level. Your attorney may want to question this rfe as improper

Yes, the 3 year bachelor's degree could be an issue. You should retain an experienced immigration lawyer to review all the facts, advise you, and handle the case. You can find one through http://www.ailalawyer.com .

Do not attempt to do this on your own! Make sure you hire an experienced immigration attorney to complete this process for you.

I am assuming your degree is Indian- MCA?? This qualifies as 6 years of education for EB2 purposes. Not sure why your employer will try to change the job requirements after filing the 140. Whatever the educational requirements are, are required to be listed on the labor certification. Employer may not change them later on. You need a good, solid evaluator to evaluate your degrees. And I think, I good attorney to respond to the RFE. :)
