My sister is stealing all my dad's money. She has power of attorney, but nothing is being spent on my dad. What are my options?
There was a bank account that was in my dad and I's names. She took my name off and put hers on. I have the bank statement from the last 30 days, and not a dime was spent on my dad. It's almost empty by now.
