My prevailing wage is valid from May 23 2013 to Aug 21 2013. My first SWA was given on May 25 2013. Newspaer ads on July 7 and 14. Attorney said he will file the Perm labor on Sept 15 2013. I want to make sure whether it is ok to file with the expired Prevailing wage determination
