I am a US Citizen. My boyfriend and his son are permanent residents. His son who is 15 has lived here since he was 3. Is there anyway that I could adopt his son and he could become an american citizen?

If you adopt him before he is 16, then he would be your child, and thus be an automatic citizen. How long has his father been a permanent resident? Best regards, Charles
