2months into the divorce my husband fired his lawyer, it's been 3 months since he fired him, how long will I need to wait 4 him.

My husband does not want the divorce, and is stalling trying to stop it. Should I just sit back and wait, or push for my lawyer to get things moving. I have no reason to be in a hurry, and I won't be getting payments of any kind from him, but would like it to be done. So, cost wise what would be best for me to do.

If you have an attorney, ask your attorney to continue with the proceedings and force your husband to either retain new counsel or go at the case pro-se. I'm surprised, though, with a 3 month period in which nothing is done that there was no notice or inquiry made by the court on the status of your case. You may want to check with your attorney about that as well.

This is something that you simply must take up with your lawyer.

It is always better to finalize the matter when you aren't receiving any support so that you can move forward with your life which includes income, assets etc. It will save you money not to delay as well.
