I paid off a creditor that had a judgment on me and they will not report it to the court that issued the judgment, paid in full

Hello I am a Washington state resident, I was in a motorcycle accident awhile back and was behind on rent. It went to superior court and the landlord was granted a $1000.00 judgment against me, after I was able to return to work, I set up a payment plan with the landlords property manager with a letter that she would agree to notify the court that the judgment was paid, well it was paid and the property manager now tells me she cant write the letter only the owner can, and the property manager will not release the owners information to me, I even gave them a form the court needs to release the judgment and they still will not send it in. I contacted the court about this and they said they can’t do anything until they receive a sign letter from the owner that the judgment is paid in full.

A motion set in the court in question properly noted and sent to the addresses on the pleadings will allow your lawyer to present the evidence the judgment has been satisfied in full. If your landlord or his lawyer doesn't appear the judgment will be noted as satified and if he does your lawyer will enter the evidence of payments and the court will enter a satisfaction of judgment.
