Resume issue with applying for green card under EB2.

I am in a weird situation for applying for GC under EB2. I have a little more than 5 yrs exp and a bachelor's degree. However, I did not include my experience with first employer (about 10 months) in my resume while applying for h1b because at that time I was unsure if they would be able to give me an experience letter (they were going through several major changes). I spoke with them few days ago and they indicated that providing such a letter would not be a problem. Can I still use that experience to qualify for eb2? Thanks.

Your H-1B petition and the resume you submitted with it is not relevant to the EB2 petition. So long as the facts are correct and there is no fruad involved, you should be able to submit all letters showing a total of at least 5 years of experience. And there really isn't any need to submit a copy of your resume.

You can use any legitimate documentable experience.
