Can a tow company charge storege fees on the weekend if they are not open for you to redeem your vehicle?

My car was repoed. The tow fees were $395. Now I'm trying to retreive my vehicle from teh tow lot and they are telling me that I can't do so because they have no available appointments. I am also being charge over the weekend for storage even though they are not open and I cannot retrieve my vehicle over the weekend.

If your vehicle was repossessed, then your obligations would be set forth in the note and security agreement you signed to get the loan for the car.
