I have sole custody, he lives in Oklahoma and I live in Virginia. Since I moved back here 2 years ago, he has only visited once. I called him on Father's Day, before that he hadn't spoken to the kids in about a month. He has not spoken to them or paid any support since then (3 months). He has only paid support for maybe 4 or 5 months total for their entire lives. Is it possible to just get his parental rights taken away? should I?

As you are located in Virginia with the children, you might repost this using your location. FWIW, OK does not provide for a private termination of parental rights, but as you and the children reside in VA, your applicable local law for you yield a different outcome.
