Is there a chance on a 4th DUI to receive house arrest for conviction in Illinois?

I have 2 kids and my wife is expecting the 3rd. I was wondering if the court would give me house arrest for conviction. So I can be able to provide for my family and be there for the birth of our baby

Hire a good DUI defense lawyer. Do not rely on information in this forum. Providing for your family is not a mitigating factor. Besides, getting a 4th DUI does not provide for your family either.

You have been previously advised to retain counsel. Once you do, he or she can tell you the likelihood that your judge or prosecutor would agree to a reduced sentence.

Hire Steve Hanna. You aren't going to get answers to such a weighty question via an online forum and you sure are not going to keep yourself out of jail by trying to do it yourself bc a judge is going to tell you that you should have thought about your family after the first, or the second or the third DUI. It's a lousy argument in my opinion

Nope. (Really it depends on what your earlier DUI were, supervisions? conditional discharge? etc. This is a very serious case, find an attorney NOW)
