H1B reset or other options?

I was on a F1 visa for my masters degree and completed my program in Dec 2004. I had my OPT starting from Jan 2005 to Nov 2005 and was on my H1-B from Dec 2005 to Feb 2012. From my previous employer my labor certification went through in Jun 2011. I-140 was filed in Fall 2011 during my 6-th year of H1-B. I-140 came back with an RFE to pay the prevailing wages. I quoted the labor approval and got another H1B starting in June 2013. Because of the above mentioned revocation I had to switch my status from H1-B to H4 from Feb 2012 to Jun 2012. I switched my status again in Jun 2012 once my H1-B was approved and subsequently quit my company and left the country for 365 days. Now I'm back in the US as a dependent on a H4 visa. The I-140 didn't get anywhere. What are my options?

1. Find a more financially stable employer. 2. Stay on H-4 until you talk to an immigration lawyer at a prospective new company 3. Yes, from what you said, you can get a new H-1B BUT, a lawyer really needs to look at your papers ... including your airline boarding passes and passport arrival/departure stamps.
