Parking ticket
I was parked in a stall... My car was on... I went out to have a cigarette and realized I received a ticket... If the car was on and running, can I still be ticketed for not paying the meter?

Parked doesn't necessarily mean not running. You might have had a better argument if you were sitting in your car, and the car was running when you got the ticket.
