If my license is already revoked from other dui's , is it worth spending time/money trying to reinstate another dui supervision?

So a quick background of my situation... I've been arrested 3 times for dui. The first one(which is the one I'm asking the question about) received supervision and beat the summary suspension hearing, the second one was probation but did everything and has been closed, the 3rd one was found not guilty but didn't beat the summary suspension. So now, the first one the supervision has been ongoing mainly because of court and social services fees/fines. I did all the classes/treatment and swap, etc. I stopped going to court last year because lack of money and other things. They closed my case/forfeited my bond and now say I owe a certain amount ( which is less than the total court/ss fees I owed before). What will be the outcome if I just choose to pay the new fee? What would you suggest I do?

Pay all fees and look into the possibility of getting your license reinstated. For best results, you should hire an attorney to assist you. There are many great DUI defense attorneys in your area.

If there is a possible way to regain supervision on the first one I would. DUIs are different from many other laws. Any DUI conviction results in a revocation of a license. It sounds like if you get that supervision reinstated you will not be revoked. You will, however, still be suspended. But being suspended is a lot better than revoked. At the end of a suspension all you have to do is pay a reinstatement fee and you will be back on the road. One caution, the first prosecutor may file a petition to revoke based on the 2nd and 3rd charges, and try to revoke your supervision. You should probably get a lawyer for this one.

your license is revoked due to the second DUI. You are going to have to have a hearing with the SOS to get them back. But if you have a Failure to pay suspension from the supervision case you won't be able to get a hearing. Have a consultation with an informal hearing officer at the SOS.

My reading of that situation is, if you truly value your eligibility for a subsequent reinstatement of your state driving privileges, pay all the required fees and work with an experienced counsel who shoud assist you in a gradual resuscitation of the privileges after the massive damage you have done with your actions.
