I think I was a victim of a phone scam. A man with an Indian accent called me requesting money on a payday loan and if I didn't pay the police were going to arrest me in 30-40 mins. Said that if I didn't pay I could spend 30-40 days in jail. Said the were from the investigation of federal agents. How can I get my money back if harassed me thinking I was going to jail? Please help.

Please see my answer to the other question you posted. The simple answer is no, we have not had debtor's prison in the United States for over a century.

Failure to pay a loan is a civil, not criminal matter. You should contact a good business attorney, and perhaps, the Ohio Attorney General regarding these clearly unlawful collection tactics.
