Can I be sued in small claims court by an illegal alien?

My co-worker and I pulled a prank on an illegal alien by blacking out three of his car windows. He is trying to get money out of us for damages. There were no damages caused, however, he is stating by the shoe polish his car window will not roll down. In revenge he has already thrown an egg at my truck. Talk about a simple prank gone wrong. Please help me, I truely feel that no damages were caused.
