I am a co-signer on the vehicle title, I am also making all the payments. Things have gone sour with the primary owner and I would like to know if we have equal rights or if I finish off the loan can I take custody of the vehicle? The vehicle was purchased in carrollton,tx but currently registered in Boulder, CO.

If you are both listed as co-owners (not just co-signors) on the title, then both of you have equal right to the vehicle. You have been making the payments. However, instead of getting into a self-help Hatfield-McCoys feud over the ownership, I would highly suggest that you negotiate or try to mediate who gets the car
