Husband got Mexican divorce June 2013 married me in u.s. DEC 2013. Goind tot to child support court but lawyer said won't represent husband because his divorce not valid. My question is. Is our marriage legal if he's still considered married to ex wife?? Both are illegal and kids born in u.s. we all in the same city.
