Does a motion to terminate removal proceedings need current tax return to be attached for judge's approval?

My I-130 was approved. Master hearing recently held and I-485 was recently submitted . Attorney was busy for the last three weeks with other matters and the motion to terminate my removal proceedings is now being reviewed to forward to judge. It is now further delayed since attorney now advises that i must submit joint 2013 tax returns along with my 1099 and letter from social security for sponsor spouse who receives SS Disability of $23K stating that he does not need to file taxes. Attorney indicates that motion will not be approved without it. Would additional assets from sponsor spouse be enough evidence for judge to approve motion?

The decision is up to the Immigration judge. Whether you want to follow the advice of your attorney is your decision. If you want to submit additional assets from the sponsor you should speak with your attorney or seek a second opinion
