Can i get the name of who made a complaint against me if they called into hud to do it under section 8 in iowa?
Iowa has a open records law and upon request im entitled a copy to my file if i pay a dollar a page they are asking for it.

No. The Iowa Open Records Act has a number of exceptions. One of them relates to an administrative investigation.
