Can I get a Florida adjudication withheld case expunged/sealed if I was convicted of 1 count of identify theft in Federal court?

I was convicted of one count of identity theft in Federal court and sentenced to probation. One month before my probation was over, I went off my meds and was arrested for grand theft. I just received an adjudication withheld in that case and sentenced to probation. Will I be able to expunge or seal the Florida state case of grand theft once my probation is complete?

Conviction of one crime makes you ineligible for sealing or expungement of any other crime.

No, you cannot because of your prior conviction. Even with a withhold an expungement is not possible
