Child Abandonment charges against father.

I live in GA. never married and the father of my 5yr old daughter has left the state and moved back to PA. He has never paid Child support nor is a Child Support order in affect. Can I file Child Abandonment against him?

Yes. Contact the Douglas County Magistrate Court for information on obtaining a warrant. The solicitor, Brian Fortner, does a good job enforcing this law.
