I am getting sued by Johnson and Pham for selling a counterfeit item, Element Case.

I already read a lot of articles about this and understand i have to go seek legal council. I bought a counterfeit item that was too good to be true and got myself into this trouble. What is the best way to deal with this as they are waiting for my evaluation and replies before providing me a settlement decision.
