Liability directly to ex-spouse under I-864 after divorce

I am in the process of divorcing my immigrant wife after a 2 year marriage. I signed an I-864 on her behalf. My wife earns 200-300 dollars per month from her part-time job. She has obtained unconditional green card in 2012. I've paid temporary spousal support for half the duration of the marriage. 1. Is my spouse obligated to notify me that she needs financial support under I-864 before she can sue me for it? 2. If my spouse sues me for support under I-864, how strong would be her case given that she's received about $33,000 in spousal support and will receive about $30,000 as her share of the community property? 3. If she obtains means-tested benefits and fails to disclose me as her sponsor on the application, am I still liable for repayment of the benefits she receives?

If she's receiving adequate spousal support, she is not subject to being a public charge, e.g., she won't be applying for welfare. The instructions on the I-864 state to what extent you are obligated to support her if she ever does become a public charge.
