How long will it take for Humanitarian parole to be issued? week ago we applied for Humanitarian parol for my husband and i dont know how long will it take for us to hear back from USCIS. Currently my husband is overseas and he needs to be back to the US.

You seem very certain that your application for humanitarian parole will be approved. What was the reason for the parole request? Did you hire experienced counsel to prepare the filing? Humanitarian parole is not always approved. I wish you much luck!

Humanitarian parole is not always easy to obtain. Sometimes people complete the form erroneously when another form should have been file. Therefore, you should consult an attorney to 1. determine if it is the right form and 2. review the application to make sure it was properly completed.
