Is it possible, for a US citizen, to marry a foreigner, visiting the US, on a visitors visa.
I just want to know,if you can get in trouble,marring a foreigner,while here on a visitor's visa. thanks

When you are a US citizen and you want to sponsor a foreign national for a green card there are at least three options. Which one you choose depends on if you want to marry in the US or abroad, among other factors. I would strongly recommend a consultation lawyer so you can look at all the options and issues that need to be considered.
