Maybe nothing, maybe something, it depends on a the facts and no one on avvo will speculate without a lot more information. You should speak to a local employment discrimination attorney about your situation.

If were asking how much a 2010 Chevy Malibu in good condition is worth, then it would relatively easy to give you a concrete answer. However, the answer to most employment law questions is "it depends." For the types of claims you list, a successful plaintiff could recover the value of lost compensation and benefits (assuming that the plaintiff was terminated), compensatory and punitive damages, and attorneys' fees. Of course, the value of lost compensation and benefits depends on how much the plaintiff was making. Also, the plaintiff is required to mitigate his damages, meaning that he has to try to get new work. Compensatory damages refers things like emotional distress, and punitive damages are designed to punish the wrong doer. Those types of damages may be capped depending on the size of the employer, with the highest cap being $300,000. They might not be capped, depending on the precise nature of the claim. Reinstatement to your old job is also a possible remedy, again depending on the nature of your claim.

I am sorry, but no attorney in the world can answer this question. It may be worth nothing. It may actually cost the one who sued money. Speak with an attorney who is experienced in these suits and they can give you some idea if you have a good case or not. They will not just pull out a book that and scroll down that tells them "your case is worth X."
