I have a licensed on line store, EIN, pay taxes etc...I would like to sell children's clothing overseas and I would like to know if I can buy from US retailers and resell it on my online store.

Your post doesn't provide enough information for me to answer, perhaps consider consulting a local attorney and at same time, see if these brands sell contingent on their products not being resold
