How to file a motion to stop a foreclosure sale?
Foreclosure sale set for April 15th. Pending legal divorce matters and unable to modify loan

You have 10 days after the foreclosure hearing to file an appeal to stop the sale. I assume the hearing has been over 10 days ago. If this is the case, any motion you file now is useless. Your options are to work something out with the lender or file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy to stop the sale.
