What is my status ? my i-485 is still pending can i still get green card or i'm still beneficiary on my dad's case.

my uncle who is USC applied 1-30 for my dad and me in 2001, got approved in 2005, my dad in the usa since 2000, during which my dad got married a usc 2003 and divorced her 2005. when the visa number for i-130 became current my dad applied 1-485 and did an interview in 2014 and they sent him a notice of deny because the officer thinks the marriage he did in 2003 is fraud. I came to usa many times on b1 visa, the last time i came to usa i applied for AOS in 2013 and went to the interview the officer approved my eligibility to get green card once my dad's AOS got approved. what is my status since my dad's case is denied now i have expired i-94 ? my i-485 is still pending. can i still get green card or i'm still beneficiary on my dad's case?
