If the Court grants a Motion for Sur-Reply, does that mean the objection within is upheld?

Plaintiff file a MOtion for Summary Judgment, to which I objected, to which they answered, to which I filed a Motion for Sur-Reply. Does that mean the Motion for Summary Judgment is denied?

No. It means exactly what it says: you are authorized to file a surreply to the plaintiff's reply to your response to their motion. The surreply is limited to addressing the scope of the reply brief.

No it does not. It means the court has allowed a sur-Reply

If you objected to the motion for summary judgment, I am hoping that you meant that you submitted a response to the motion for summary judgment arguing that there were factual issues in dispute, or the law did not entitle them to judgment and that you submitted any legal objections to the factual information that was submitted in support of the motion. The other attorneys are correct, a surreply simply allows you to file another pleading, generally limited to addressing issues raised in the reply.
