I came to USA on h1b visa, My company eg A sponsored myvisa but took from me h1b related expenses of around 2000$ through its sister company eg B located outside USA through my savings bank(outside USA) account. . I have got the emails which says the company wanted me to pay h1b expenses . I also have my savings bank passbook which shows the account number shared to me by my ex employer & the amount debited. Now i have left the above employer & working with another company who is going to start my GC process . If i report the above illegal activity of ex employer, will my GC process come into trouble in future since both are immigration issues ? Will USCIS hold me responsible for paying the amount from my pocket & take actions like deportation , blacklisting of my profile in the US ?

It may or may not be a violation of your status and it may or may not be deemed fraud on the USCIS, it depends largely on who is adjudicating your case. There is no clear rule on the subject, and the precise facts may make a difference.

It is interesting how you raise this issue after, terminating your employment with company A. Self-preservation could be an understandable reason, but you may be put to task if this went on for a long time with you raising a finger. for example, if you tried to raise the issue with HR. Also I'd advise you to look closely at your initial contract letter, in case it was stipulated somewhere that you'd pay H1B Expenses. Even though the company is not supposed to do, you don't want have "unclean hands" if you go forward. That will also determine how smooth your GC process goes...

Any H1B issues logically and legally must be addressed to the sponsoring company's immigration attorney vested with a professional responsibility to handle all collateral arising issues with such immigrant visas as their exact procedural completion cannot be ever resolved by a short online paragraph.
