You should refile the I-130 petition with the DNA test results. You would do well to consult a reputable immigration attorney for advice specific to your situation.
You need to resubmit your I-130 petition with the fees and include the DNA results. Consular processing is very complex. It is not merely about submitting forms. As you have witnessed, there will be undue delays if done incorrectly. In the long run you will benefit by hiring an attorney. Good luck
Unfortunately, all you can do now since the petition was denied is start all over by reapplying. Be sure to provide the DNA result with the new application along with other evidence you will be submitting. It will help to expedite the processing time.
You should re-apply for the I-130, this time 'curing' the reasons for the denial, especially by including the newly available DNA evidence you mention. Good luck!
