states that I am covered "wherever" I teach in USA. My husband is worried about teaching at home. Does he have any reason to worry? I called Alternative balance and they said I am covered at home and even though the policy doesn't state at home, it says this: "4. "Coverage territory" means: a. the United States o f America (including its territories and possessions), Puerto Rico and Canada; b. international waters or airspace, but only i f the injury or damage occurs in the course o f travel or transportation between any places included in paragraph a. above; or c. all other parts o f the world i f the injury or damage arises out of: (1) goods or products made or sold by you in the territory described in paragraph a. above; (2) the activities o f a person whose home is in the territory

From the limited excerpts from your insurance policy provided it appears as if you have coverage. I hope this is helpful. John N. Kitta Fremont

attorneys offer analysis, not advice that you can rely on. A lawyer must be retained for that. It has a lot to do with the malpractice insurance coverage we carry. My analysis is that I would get this "assurance" from the insurance company in writing to prevent a "said so, didn't say it" controversy in the future.
