I'm a non Immigrant visa holder. In 2010 I was a victim in a case got deferred action for few year later due to an emergency i left country and came back on my non immigrant visa. after coming i've got subpoena to attend court as witness and was proved as victim. right now i need a lawyer who can file for U or T which ever category i can come into.

You can file a number of good lawyers in California. All you need is to look. Use the Find a Lawyer feature above and zero in on California and immigration. You will get a list of lawyer in California. Select several and give them a call. You will figure out with whom you would feel comfortable to work.
