I have yet to receive any citation by mail or otherwise. Though the address on my license is wrong. Cars address is correct.

I recall getting photographed as I was looking directly at the camera when the flash went off. I can see the citation when I look at Public Court Records, but I have never received a letter. The date was 3/25/2014. The cars in front of me went so slow across a very wide road, there was no way, short of being reckless, that I could have cleared that intersection in the time allocated. I went into the intersection it was green. I have always been fearful of that intersection as it barely gives you enough time to clear it even when there are no cars in front of you impeding my getting through before it goes red.
