A nolle Prosse is when the DA drops the case which. It is not a finding of not guilty. They basically drop it because they have not evidence or there is other reason not to proceed with the prosecution. Your arrest record stll remains as you know. You may want to look into having your record expunged so that it won't appear of a future employer or anyone else runs a criminal back ground check. Best of Luck
