Depends on if you are and have been paying the room fees owed when due (weekly or monthly?) and have no material violations of your rental agreement or of the law. If the motel is terminating your stay for failure to pay, they can give you a 72 hour notice if your agreed stay (what you are to pay for) is week-to-week. If you have other violations of the law or agreement (see the link below and scroll all the way down to 90.396 Acts or Omissions justifying termination 24 hours after notice.)
If none of these apply and you have been paying the whole time as agreed, you should definitely speak to a lawyer.

Your question likely requires more information. The landlord/tenant laws generally don't apply to temporary occupancies (hotels, motels, etc...) but if a hotel guest stays there for more than 30 days it does. However, whether one can claim the protections of the landlord/tenant laws will likely depend who registered with the hotel. Moreover, the time frame to terminate will depend on what sort of payment schedule a hotel guest was on (e.g. pay every day or every week).
