What happens if I don't get served papers in due time?

I noticed on my docket listing it has a RMC coming up, petitioned by the other party a few months back. I haven't received any paper work or information of any kind regarding this. Aren't I supposed to given the papers and given enough time to prepare for the meeting? I don't know anything about it, other than on the docket it says there is one. I don't know when, where, what time, or what it's even about.... Do I need to do anything or just wait until I get served the appropriate paperwork? If I'm seeing this correctly it states the RMC is in just a couple of days, but again I don't know where or what time or anything else.

If you were served with a summons and petition for dissolution, than you are supposed to be on notice and monitor the case. The court will generally mail out copies to both of you, so you want to make sure that your address is up to date with the clerk of the court. You can call court administration and they can tell you when and were the hearing is and you can also let them know you did not receive notice.
