I have a criminal record can my wife be denied a I130
I have to register as a sex offender . I have registered since 2008. I have been off probation for the past 3 years since 2001 no offences since . I got married in India earlier this year in Feb 2014, I have applied for my wife I130 for her . I have just seen that I have a REF coming in the mail. I do not know what the Request for Further Evidence is for as yet , it is in the mail. I am scared that i may be a request for my offences , If so it is possible my wife maybe denied a K3 visa because of my offences.

How about bringing yourself to spending some money and hiring an. Immigration lawyer to pursue your case? No matter what my colleagues will tell or not tell you here, with your history as a convicted sexual predator alone you don't stand a chance of bringing any woman over, whether as K-3 or otherwise..
The Adam Walsh Act will create a huge problem for you. Did you disclose your criminal history to your new wife? If not, kiss her goodbye. Probably best to get divorced and find a wife here in the U.S., assuming someone will marry you with that history.
