Can I sue argueing the jerk and jolt doctrine if the bus I was on caused 2 fall including mine and at least two people have sued

Septa was driving fast and slammed on the breaks to avoid a car that drove into his lane. Also what should I do if the Phd who did my neuropsych eval lied in his findings?

The other lawyers have mentioned the cameras. Assuming what you say is correct, the answer is, yes you can sue. You may also have a claim against SEPTA for uninsured motorist coverage. . You should definitely call a personal injury lawyer. As an aside, being that you have a complaint about a doctor's report I wonder why you do not have a lawyer.

I'm impressed of your knowledge of the jerk and jolt doctrine. Many of my clients have no idea why SEPTA is contesting liability when they were hurt on the bus. I would need to see the video on the bus before I could make an assessment as to whether your fall and resulting injuries would be deemed a jerk and jolt and allow for recovery.

I recommend you first hire an experienced injury attorney to review your case. The police report needs to be obtained as soon as possible and witnesses should be interviewed as the jolt and jerk doctrine is challenging to overcome. You should contact the neuropsychologist to address the 'lie' in his report which possibly was an incorrect mistake that be corrected. Good luck.
