How long will it take to get copy of I 797?

I filed my H1B from one of the companies in 2008, but never got it stamped. The company who filed my H1B no longer exists as an entity. I never got my I 797 from them. Now my current employer wants to transfer my H1B and needs I 797. I read in the forums that I can get a duplicate I 797 by filing a request under FOIA. Is there any way that I can get my I 797 within 7 to 10 days of time after filing my I 797? Help at the earliest will be much appreciated.

Unfortunately a foia request will take at least 3-4 months despite of how specific your request is.
