HI Sorry for your trouble. This issues can be not only painful but embarrassing. Such claims need to be examined with correct analysis but also sympathy. For this purposes we have a female attorney to evaluate Essure and similar claims. There are many stories and allegations abroad on the internet concerning allergic reactions to the metal (nickel) in the Essure implant as well as of pain, a range of symptoms and even reports of difficulty removing the device from the body. You may wish to consider talking to another MD right away. Sometimes these devices are reported to migrate in the body and even get lost. There are also reports of organ perforations. You should consider speak to a personal injury attorney you feel comfortable with some alacrity. I am sorry for your trouble. One does not expect an medical device to cause new problems. I am sure it is most upsetting. Good Luck.
